Good morning, I have a JVC VHS-C GR-AX730 compact VHS. I have an old tape inside the unit. The unit will not eject the tape. I am receiving error code E02, which I think is the Supply Reel Error. I don't use the unit any longer and really want the tape inside. How can I retreive the tape without harming the tape. I don't care about the unit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
