Re[3]: Convergence problems on AV-48WP30

Eric Posted Feb 04, 2007, in response to:Karen Machnacz

Karen There is no charge for advice. But you have to post your e-mail address in order for me to send you instructions. You have a convergence problem and will have to remove the Convergence Out PWB from your TV and replace two IC chips. This will require a desoldering tool and some soldering experience. If you don't feel up to the task, perhaps you can remove the circuit board and take it to a local shop to repair. The Convergence Out PWB is removed from the front of the TV and is very easy to get at. Good Luck, Eric

Hello, Sorry to bother you Eric, but could I also have the instructions? My email is: isajabroni@hotmail.com. My tv is model number: AV-65WP74, but looking at the JVC site the picture for model AV-48WP30 looks just like mine. I'm not sure if you know, but are there different instructions for my model? Even if the instructions aren't exactly the same, please still send me the info you have, any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!
