Re: JVC service or questions

I was able to download video and make a small movie using my laptop with windows XP. I have since purchased a desk top with windows vista and although i can transfer the files (and even watch them) there is NO SOUND. The sound exists in the footage because i can watch it on the JVC Camera and hear the sound just fine. It's only when i transfer the file to my computer with windows vista. Do you have any advice for me? It's a JVC GZ-MG21u HDD.

If you could help me, i would really appreciate it.
