Re: JVC service or questions

Hi,
I have a JVC GR-DVL1020EA video camera. It is now one month out of extended warranty and I am getting an E01 error and sometimes an E02. The tape is stuck and the tape loading mechanism is stuck halway in halfway out. I would just like to get my tape out. This is the second time it has done this, it was returned for repair during the warranty period. I was getting an E01 or E02 every now and then but removing the battery and reataching it worked. Now its totally stuck.

Please help if you can. Is there maybe a way of manually removing the tape? I am not too concerned about the camera, I am buying a new one.
