Re: JVC service or questions

Hello. My new JVC everio works fine but I can't get the edited video to burn from my PC (Windows XP format) onto DVD. It ejects the disc and then says there is no disc to burn onto.

  Have you tried burning anything else on your PC OTHER than from the camcorder, as that fault you mention suggests more of a PC burner problem rather than a camcorder one.
