Re: JVC service or questions

I have the problem of head cleaning required popping up on the screen and the recording. Also everything is digitally chopped and unwatchable. I have had this problem for three years now. Buying a head cleaning cassette was useless. Any help would be appreciated. I paid over $900.00 for this in 2001. I reaally dont have the money for another one. I hve manny tapes and dont feel its fair to have to go to disc and buy a current recorder. It is a JVC digital video camera model # GR-DVL505U. I contacted JVC years ago and they would never help me with this problem. I would love to utilize this machine again. JVC's reputation is highly marred in my opinion!
