Assistance with JVC product

  I previously sent an email regarding the fact my JVC video camera model GR-D30U was saying "condensation operation paused", but as I read other posting I am susposed to release my email so that you can respond in full as to wny this is occuring and what I can do about it??

  could you please tell me something about JVC SR-DVM70. The hard disk probably broke. Do you have a hard disk for this model?
  
  And codes for this model also, since gmp sent me region 3 and they don't want to do anything about it.

  Hi, Have the same problem everyone else seems to have with model #av 48wp34
  The covergence is messed up. Had a tech come over and said there was a bad diode on the convergence board. He replaced both diodes but when he put the board back in, the tv picture doesnt come on at all and makes thumping noises. Then will go into safe mode. He's said he's worked on many jvc's and never had this happen, as tv was working befor he took part out to repair it. Any Ideas why it goes into safe mode now and makes thumping noises?

  We have JVCKYD-29 Camera. This is not working properly. In last week while shooting, the picture in the eye-piece suddenly became bright. When checked on monitor it was found that there was too much of luminance with green colour.
  
  The monitor screen found green even after lense is capped. With no light entering in the lens, the camera is giving over light error while doing white balance. It is also observed that when sutter is switched on it is giving output without green colour in it and after some time the layer of green colour is superimposing on the picture.
  
  While checking the camera in check mode the values of R-G, and B-G are found to be -128, which are supposed to be 0. These values are not getting adjusted as per mannual.
  
  The camera is working fine in colour-Bar mode.
  
  I hope you will help us in solving the problem.

    You would be much better to contact JVC's "Professional" section with this query, as due to the nature of the camera mentioned a multitude of things could be responsible for the fault, with ALL really requiring a FACTORY service due to the complexity of the device.

  model GR-SXM250U
  JVC COMPACT VHS CAMCORDER
  PROBLEM:
  LENS CAP OFF BUT STILL GET MESSAGE THAT CAP IS ON AND I WILL NOT RECORD DUE TO THAT REASON.
  CONTACTED JVC AUTHORIZED REPAIR SHOP THEY STATED WE NEED A CLAIM NUMBER FROM JVC SENT TO US SO WE CAN HAVE IT REPAIRED BEFORE OCT 1.
  THIS IS PER A POST ON A WEB SITE DUE TO A MALFUNCTION WITH AN OPTIC SENSOR.
  
  PLEASE NOTIFY ME OF WHAT I NEED TO DO TO RECEIVE A CLAIM FORM/VOUCHER TO HAVE MY CAMCORDER FIXED.

  Hello, I need to clean my JVC gr-dvl725u. I've had it for almost five years and It works great. I've kept it inside a carrying case for most of it's life so little dust has collected. I'd like to get it overhauled because I'm going to be working on a Documentary shortly and this camera will be my main source of footage. Please reply with any contacts in the Austin area for cleaning purposes. Thank You

  I have the problem of head cleaning required popping up on the screen and the recording. Also everything is digitally chopped and unwatchable. I have had this problem for three years now. Buying a head cleaning cassette was useless. Any help would be appreciated. I paid over $900.00 for this in 2001. I reaally dont have the money for another one. I hve manny tapes and dont feel its fair to have to go to disc and buy a current recorder. It is a JVC digital video camera model # GR-DVL505U. I contacted JVC years ago and they would never help me with this problem. I would love to utilize this machine again. JVC's reputation is highly marred in my opinion!

  I have a JVC GR-D370U, and use a MAC, did not receive MAC software, only PC. I have the 4 pin to 6 pin firewire cable, and when I've found software drivers on-line saying they are for the Picture Navigator 1.0 for MAC, they come up as Word documents?!?? So, where can a person using a mac get the appropriate software and drivers to load the video on the MAC?
