Re: JVC service or questions

I have a JVC GR-D370U, and use a MAC, did not receive MAC software, only PC. I have the 4 pin to 6 pin firewire cable, and when I've found software drivers on-line saying they are for the Picture Navigator 1.0 for MAC, they come up as Word documents?!?? So, where can a person using a mac get the appropriate software and drivers to load the video on the MAC?
