Re: JVC service or questions

I have JVC GR-DX77 camcorder and have been using it for the past 1 year without any problems. But now when I open the LCD monitor or view through viewfinder, I see many vertical lines with different colors. When I shift to PLAY mode, I could see the clippings from already recorded tape.

We are experiencing the same problem as someone who wrote this earlier. We have had no problems with this until now and really like this camcorder. Please help!!
