Re: JVC service or questions

I have a GR-D30US camcorder by JVC. I have purchased two cleaning heads by Dynex at a local Best Buy. They were purchased because the camera is saying the heads need to be cleaned and the picture is breaking up (pg. 42 in manual) showing that the heads need cleaning. However, when I insert the the mini DV cleaning cassettes the camcorder tells me it is now in the safeguard mode and there is an error at E03 and the tape needs to be ejected and reinserted. Basically, it refuses to run the cleaning tape, but it will run the recorded tapes that I have recently done. How do I clean the heads?
