Re: JVC service or questions

I have a JVC video camera (Model #: GR-D30U) and when i turn it on, the screen on the side and the viewfinder comes up with no picture. Everything else is still there like the zoom level, the battery level and the "pause" or "record" symbol but there is no picture.
