Re: JVC service or questions

To Stacey,
My wife has a JVC GZ-MG50AA camcorder. When she transfers the footage from the camera to her computer, the scenes are filed out of sequence. She would like to have them filed in the order in which they were recorded.
Any ideas on how the camers OR computer can be set achieve this. ????
