hi stacy- can you please help me. i have a jvc gr-d23ek. i only use it on special occassions and i wanted to lend it to my brother so that he could capture his summer ball event at his uni. when i tried to show him how to use it...the viewfinder was not showing anything-it kept on saying lens cap on and we could hear sound from the playback but it showed nothing. what is wrong with it? please help!
