Eric, since you are "THE MAN", maybe you could help as well. On my AV-48WP30 the top left corner bends up with double images as well as bottom right. I have checked with the crosses but it is those two that will not cooperate.

  I had a problem with my TV colors not lining up. One day I turned it on and the green was out of wack. I checked this message board and replaced the STK chips, bad soldering and all led to me just giving up on that and buying a whole new Convergence Board ($185). I replaced the missing silver box on the new board and I just plugged this in and though now my Green lines up okay, my red is out of whack. Is there something I am doing wrong?
  Can anyone help me? Did i miss a step? Frustrated......Bruce
