Home | Previous messageI have a new computer with Windows Vista and firewire capabilities. I am unable to transfer video from my JVC GR-D70U onto my computer. Any suggestions? I am using the cords that came with the camera. My camera did not come with a cd that I am aware of. Any suggestions? Kim kimsawyer0930@aol.com

Follow-up to my own question. First, I bought a firewire cord. Second, I read the instructions and there is a specific sequence you must follow regarding plugging it in, turning it one, etc. That was the key.....reading the manual..... who would've thought!! :) |
