Re[2]: SONY C:13:01 ERROR

i just finished taking a full cd of my friends new 2 day old baby, on my MVC-CD500 and i got the C:13:01 disc error message and i have tried everything i can think of to get the pictures off the disc and nothing is working. Is there anything i can do to recover the pictures? I am devastated. This is such an important thing to not be able to recover.

please let me know if there is something i can do to fix this without sending all my stuff away.
