I bought a Digital Sony Camcorder DCR-TRV480 in 2005 and recently it keeps saying to reinsert cassette when I try to view my Hi8 or 8mm tapes. It says error code C:31:22 flashing. I tried cleaning the head with a cassette cleaner but it wouldn't run and keep saying "reinsert the cassette" with the same eror codes mentioned above. I left it alone for a month or so and it started last week but did the same thing after using it everyday for an hour viewing my cassettes. Do I need to have this fixed or can you work up same magic for me? Thanks!!! Ramon C.
