I have a JVC digital camcorder model GR-DVL805 I keep getting error message "E04 unit in safeguarg mode remove & reattach battery". I've tried the head cleaning tape the max # of time it says to (I think 3x's) Now it acts like it doesn't even want to load the tape. Can you suggest anything else?
