I have a JVC GR-DX97U I Just got it back from the service department who replaced the ccd chip I believe. It had been giving me the lens cap error. Anyway I just got it back and tried to use it and it's saying that it is in safe mode and that I need to eject the tape and reinsert. I have done this and nothing has changed. the error is E03. Please help asap. If I can get it out of safe mode without having to send it in again that would be great. Derek Cook
