Hello Stacy, I obtained your email address from the Error Code Assistance website. My SONY 960 HF VCR worked fine then suddenly displayed the code 3L 22 AA. Since that time is won’t play, record etc. The mechanism starts and then stops after a few seconds. I have tried disconnecting the power source to no avail. Do you have any ideas? Thanks, Bob
