Hi - I have a Sony handycam CCD-TR501E. Thank you for posting the threads on how to remove a stuck cassette. I tried it and I've managed to get the cassette out, but now the cassette compartment doesn't close and slide down - the compartment stays open! Could you please give me some advise as i'm trying to rescue this dying machine.....!
