I got the C:13:01 error in my Sony DSC-P93 30 minutes back. I was able to retrieve the photos using a card reader. I was using a 2GB Memory Stick Pro Duo when this problem started. Tried a 256 MB Sanddisk card and got the same error. Interestingly a 32 MB Sony card did not have this problem. Finally I tried hitting the camera and the problem got resolved.
