  I need a part for my Sony Trinitron Color TV with model number KV-27536. I'm not sure exactly what this art is called, but basically the problem is that my TV will not show a display, although the audio is of approriate quality, as far as I can judge. I turned it on one day and the screen wouldn't turn on 90% of the time - and when it did turn on it would show a distorted trapezoidal picture and disappear shortly thereafter.
  
  If possible, could you please inform me which part is most likely malfunctioning, and if you have it in stock, and if you don't have it in stock, who might.

  The little plastic piece in front of the lens that our fish-eye lens attaches to has broken. Do you know how to buy an replace just that piece?
