SONY DIGITAL AND ANALOG REPAIR HELP AND PARTS
I AM AN AUTHORIZED SONY CENTER CAMCORDER TECHNICIAN WANTING TO HELP OTHER TECHS IN REPAIRING CAMERAS.ALSO WILL HELP OTHERS FIND - RESEARCH PART NUMBERS- OR ORDER SONY PARTS FOR OTHERS.

Jeff Rost - 21st Feb 2005 2:36 Have a loose front end on a DSC F707 Sony Digital Camera. I can get one side loose but not the other. Its bound to be a simple fix but need a diagram or way to get at the other side to see what part to order???

I have a client that brought in a Sony Mavica mvc-cd300 and it will not read any cd new or old. I look into and discovered that it is the drive assembly that needs replacing. the laser will not move when power the camera on. I need to find where i can order the drive motor assembly?

Dick Lowell - 27th Feb 2005 2:00 I mismatched the terminals on a power converter for a Sony CCD-V5000. My guess is a burned out diode. Are you able to make a repair on it. It is a Model No. DCP-77 DC Adaptor in 12/24v out put6.5V 2.5A Serial number E72675.
