  I have a Sony Handycam model DCR-HC38. It's only 9 months old and has been barely used. When I went to change the tape, everything worked fine ejecting the tape, but I can't get it to close with (or without) a new tape. I tried reinserting the old tape with no luck. I get a message to "re-attach the power source" now when I turn it on. I've replaced the battery with no luck. I've tried running it on just the power cord with no luck. I've tried the reset button with no luck. There is an error message flashing in the upper right corner (C:32:11). Any guidance or suggestions?

  lo que pasa es que por accidente, al tratar de darle mantenimiento rompi la targeta principal.

  I have a BVP-550 with an OHB-550-WSP. The filter unit optical (model number 1-467-820-11) seems to be scratched and is producing a stain on the top middle of the picture.
  
  Do you have a second hand filter and what does it cost? Eventually what is the price of a new one?
