  Purchased a 6 yr old house with a Nutone intercom/remote speakers/door chime system. There are: three IS 335 remote speaker/intercom/radio units; three door bells, each with a different chime (entrance door bell has a two-way speaker); and, a master IM 3303 unit. Other than relatively poor radio reception the system works; but, the different chimes go off by themselves at odd times dring the day and night. What to do? What to do?

  I have recently purchased a home that has a Nutone IM-3303 Intercom/Radio system. The previous owner did not leave us an owners manual and we are experiencing some problems with this system. Is there any way someone could fax me the owners manual or send me an e-mail with the owners manual attached? I definately need help with troubleshooting.

    HI The door chime is a different componet that is wired into the 3303. it should be a box between the door bel button and the im-3303. This should be the problem. There is a connection on the back (inside) of the 3303 to disconnect the chime, this should isolate the problem.

  I am writing to request a manual for an intercom to our house that we just bought. It is a NuTone intercom model number 2550-B. It is the type that has a door speaker on/off and Intercom listen/talk buttons plus volume. Please if you can help, let me know. I will be waiting for a return e-mail.     The 2550B is the speaker #.What you probably have is a 2540,2541 or 2542 system. Go to www.nutone.com and request a homeowners manual.

  A speaker located over a door measuring 5 1/4" X 9" (opening) 6 1/2" X 9 1/2" (Face Plate) fell and broke. Do you have the face plate and/or speaker? This is for Nutone intercom manufactured around 1982.

  I would like to order a NuTone Radio Intercom System Model IM-3303 series. We purchased our original system in 1999, lighting struck and now we need to replace it. I am wondering what we need? Could you please call (940)692-7081. What is your return policy, if this does not fit my needs?

  I have a Nutone 2065 AM/FM Solid State Music Intercom system in my home and have come to really like it. I know it must be old. The house was built in 1972 and I believe it was installed at that time. Both the AM and FM clarity can be poor to fair. There are stations that I enjoy that I cannot tune in and enjoy, you know static and stuff. Do you have an updated model that I could easily replace the existing unit with? Do give me some idea as to how I can retain this system but be able to better enjoy the sound and tone.
