my laptop will not pick up my jvc gr-dx75u camcorder. i connected it with a usb cable and the computer still doesnt find it. i installed all the cd's that came with it and my computer cant seem to find it. please tell me what i can do so that i may upload and edit videos.

I am having a problem with my JVC Camcorder everytime i switch it to video the error msg unit in safeguard mode pops up also remove or reattach battery or Dc plug. I got your info from Pechorin's web site. Can you assist me with this problem. My model number is GR-D372U.

Hi Stacy, I bought this used JVC HDD Camcorder (20GB) recently. It was working fine until after awhile, it won't turn on nor charge the battery when plugged into AC outlet. I have another JVC HDD Camcorder (30GB) which comes up with HDD Error. It will not turn on except when plugged in to the AC outlet. What exactly is the problem with JVC Camcorders? I know both of my camcorders will be out of warranty by now. There has to be a simple DIY to get this things working back again without having to incur exhorbitant Service Center costs. Or will it be best to stay away from anything that has JVC on it? Your useful suggestion will be appreciated. Regards, Ade

I have a JVC GR-DVM1. It will zoom in, but not out. If I remove the battery, it returns to the widest setting, but will still only zoom in (T), not out (W)

Help please We have A JVC GZ-MG27U camcorder and we recorded 7 different sections and stopped the camera between each one.When we tried to burn them to a DVD it put 2 sections on 1 DVD. Can you tell us how to get each section onto 1 DVD. I have read the book and it seems this can be done but can't figure out how. any help would be appreciated. Thanks greg

Hi, I have a JVC GR-DV700 which does not eject the tape (it has a tape stuck inside ). I found that loading motor gear is damage again. I had replaced the same gear(complete motor)about a month and half ago and customer is back with same problem. What could be the problem with it? I will appreciate your help regarding this problem.
