My JVC GR-D72U also has a black screen with the lens cap error (the camera does not even have a lens cap). Do you know how to fix it or get it fixed?

When I try to turn on my video camera (JVC), nothing shows up not even a sound. the screen is just black is there any way I can fix it?

Hi there, I have a GZ-MC100 digital video camera. The camera won't power up under battery but does with the power adapter. I have 3 batteries, have charged them all up and none of them power the camera. Can you please provide a solution. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you

This is Kelvin from Lake Providence and I am having the same problems that other people are having with the camera suddenly going into safeguard mode. I wish you had a solution to this problem because this camera hasn't even worked for a solid year and I know that shouldn't be. Camera has not been dropped or abused in any way so I dont know what the problem could be. I have a JVC Compact Vhs Camcorder and my model number is GR-AXM18U. Thanks for your help in concern.
