I have a JVC KD G-200 car Cd player that has a CD stuck in it. It will play the CD but will not eject it. I have also never been able to set the clock on this CD player either.

Please help!! It was a gift and the receipt was lost.

    Thanks, Tina

Hi , I had bought JVC GR90 D miniDV camcoder. The last I had used it was in Aug'05. Today on jan 29th 2006 when I tried to use it , it gives me a message "LENS CAP" , the screen is always dark. I tried to set it in A and M mode and the screen comes as dark and a message as "LENS CAP" , I believe we had kept it without its LENS CAP ,so it is now not able to recoganize if the LENS CAP is on or off.

I tried to do play the recording dated aug 05 , and it works well in play mode.

    Do you have any suggestions.
I had bought this camera around 2 yrs back and am not under any warranty.

    Thanks

I bought a JVC GR-90U camcorder about 2 1/2 years ago and it has worked well until now. I get a "Lense Cap" message when powered up, a blank screen, even when the lense cap is removed. The S/N of this unit is: 108T2859 From comments I have read I understand that JVC will repair this unit at no charge. If not then please quote a repair charge. Thank You Richard A Miles 360-830-9154

    Hi.

I have a JVC GR-D270 mini camcorder. As of late, when I turn it on and open the view finder I get a 'Please Wait' message. This will last anywhere from 5-30 min before it goes away and I can operate the camera again. Any insight you can offer is greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help.

I am owning a car CD changer KS-FX11 since year 2000 and used very sparingly. A problem I have been facing with CD changer while palying is sudden droping of sound and I hit the changer slightly it is becoming normal. I have opened the changer and observed one of the data cable from the main Board is slightly wornout due to movement in cd slighding, the cable is broader amongst the other cables. I hope the said flat cable is worn-out only by rupture with chasis of the system while moving freequently at the time of freequent changing of CD from 1 to other. I will be very much greatful if a suitable suggestion is recommended and also the availabilty source of the cable. I am presently in India and my children are in USA.

    Thans in anticipation.
    Sincerely

Dearest Stacey, I got this link from jvc.com questions and comments forum? Well the T.V. I got is a 27" (AV-27530) and last nite I came home from church and turned the set on and all it kept doing was flipping channels all by itself? I turned the power off and whatever channel was there when I turned it off was the same one that came on when I turned on the set again, but it stayed there, until I pushed the channel changer. When I pushed it to go up, the channels would go backwards and vice versa? I cannot even get the input button to switch to video 1 so that I can use our dvd player? I checked everything, I replaced the lithium battery, and I got this tv last year on Jan. 30th. I am pulling my hair out!! My son will not be able to use his video games either, and he will not be happy when he gets home. I searched for a phone number to call the JVC customer service, and again I am lost? Please Heeeeellllppp me!!! Thank You very much!! sincerely, brenda

I spoke with a customer service rep and she told me to send this to:
    JVC Service and Engineering
    705 Enterprise Street
    Aurora, IL 60504
for problem resolution. The problem with the camera is that when ever I turn it on the LCD screen I get a black screen with the hand in the lower left and the two indicators blinking in the center. It also gives the Lens cap error till i put the cap on and remove it a couple of times. I have only recorded two tapes with this unit. It has been like this for 9 months and I have not had time to get it fixed. I informed her that i am an employee of Best Buy and could send it through our service center but she convinced me by stating that the camera would be repaired at no charge. I just received an estimate for the repair for $235. My employee cost on this unit is not much more than this repair. I also notice on the web this is a current issue with several camera from this memo. Can you resolve this issue? I am a long time user of JVC products. All TV's and several other components are JVC. I was looking forward to your release of the 70" HD-ILA TV's.

Hello. I am replying to your message about sending you questions about my JVC product.

I have a JVC AV-3620 TV. It has been working great for years until I stored it in a finished, temperature-controlled basement for almost a year. Now I am using it again and the picture seems to be a bit fuzzy. My cable isn't always crystal clear so I wouldn't expect it to have a perfect picture, except that I also have the problem is when I play DVDs and my Playstation. I wouldn't describe the picture as having ghosts or snow, but it looks like there are little wavy lines across the screen. Is it possible that the TV picked up dust in storage and now it needs to be "cleaned" (if that's possible)? The TV isn't near any devices that would cause magnetic or electrical interference.

    Any ideas would help.

    Thanks,
    Matt

I have a JVC GR-D90U digital camcorder that is not powering up. I have tested it with batteries that I know have a charge and with the power cord that it came with. The power cord was tested and it is putting out the currect amount of voltage.

Any idea of what it is?

    Thanks

    John Nevarez
