I just bought the GZ-MG20 hard drive camcorder. I want the extended battery but I can not find one. I bought one at Frys that fits the camera and powers the camera, but the camera says "communicating with battery" then gives an error message and will not let me operate the camera. The battery I got at Fry's is a sakar battery, any advice?

Hello, I hope you can help me. My JVC GR-DVL9000e is displaying E03, and chewing up tapes if I try to use it. I have already had it in for repair for the same problem about a year ago. (cost me £350 for repair!) is there anything I can do to try and fix it myself? John

Hi, In this forum only the questions appear... Can the answers to the questions also appear online? I figure that would save you a lot of work replying to everyone... By the way, do you still reply? The assistance-offer is already dated... I'll try anyhow. I have a JVC DV camcorder: GR-DVP3E. It can be used for not more than 5 minutes after which it goes into safeguard mode and I have to reattach the battery... Error EO2... what does this mean and how can we get rid of it? Thanks in advance! Theo.

I have a JVC RM-C1512 (think that's the model number) Ser No 11813438. Flat screen tv approx 28 inch. When turning on the bottom half of the screen is blank (black) with no picture what so ever. It does this on all channels including all AV channels. Have reset the tuning however nothing. Teletext once again only shows half the screen. Think it might be the tube that requires replacing however just wondering if there is anything else it could possible be. Item is only 3 years old. Regards Damen

I have a JVC GR-d70......Everytime I plug it in to charge the batteries the light comes on showing that the batteries are charging. After the letting it charge for about an or two the light is off but when I unplug it the unit does not power on. It works with the adapter thou. The bateries are fairly new and I don't use it very often enough to say that the batteries are completely wasted...

Hello- I have a 36" tube TV about 7-8 years old. Not sure of the model number. It has tv guide plus so its a little different from the base model. The problem is that it has been cutting off by itself for no reason. I could uplug it, wait a while, plug it back in and it would work again, for awhile. Now, it won't power up at all. I guess the power supply is shot. Any ideas? Thanks Brooks
