Assistance with JVC product

  I have a JVC AV-48WP74 48" Widescreen HD-Ready Projection TV. When I turn it on all it does is thump like a heart beat with no picture. Any ideas on the problem? Also what should i expect to pay for to have someone look at it?

    Ive searched arround and found a few possibilities (be a while before I can check these out myself) The amplifiers on the crt boards are listed as knownproblem points (TDA6111Q) that tend to fail allong with some of the resistors near them causing the thump symptom. other parts whish someone said were listed as likely to cause a dead set include : 2SC5552-RL 2SC5904-RL QQH0113-002 STR-F6629B/F7 STK392-110 Solution: 1. Power off the unit 2. Disconnect the digital input if it is connected 3. Remove the rear cover 4. On the digital input module, using a shorting pin (PC type) or a jumper, short Pin 1 and Pin 2 of the SB connector 5. Power on the unit 6. Unplug the unit and remove the shorting pin or the jumper 7. Re-attach the unit’s rear cover 8. Power on the unit, and input the digital source

  My JVC AV-27D302 27" TV is not showing a display in the top 4" area. If this is a board problem, what is the cost of a board or should I get another TV?

  when i turn on power the only thing that lights up is standby button. i also have no display and any buttons i push dont do anything.model rx715v

  HI A GOT JVC GR-D347U AND I WANT TO TRANSFER THE VIDEO STORE IN MY DV TAPE
  I'M USING A PCMCIA IEEE-1394 CARD BUS ON MY LAPTOP AND WINDOWS MOVIEMAKER
  
  AND I GOT JUST A FIRST WROUNG PICTURE AND NOTHING MORE (NO VIDEO AT ALL)

  Hi,
  I hope you can help me. I have a JVC, big screen tv and one day, it went off. I turned it back on only to get a couple seconds of sound and then it goes away and the blue light just blinks. I also then have to unplug the tv to get it to go off. It is only 2 years old and I have never had this happen before. Is there maybe a reset button I'm not seeing? I live alone and cannot afford a huge repair bill.
  please let me know if you have any suggestions....I will be forever grateful....

  Hi, my tv has the colours running from the top to the bottom as well as some doubled vision in some spots. Someone told me that there was a chip or something that needed to be replaced. any help would be great.

  I have a JVC GR-DF450U purchased 05/08/2007 I am unable to access the menu function and the stop button on the remote is inoperative
