Hello Stacy. I found you on Pechorin's website. I have a problem with my JVC TV that I desperately hope you can help solve. It is a Model AV-27020. The TV seems to be in timer mode. When we unplug the TV from the power source and plug it back in again, the TV turns on for about 1 second; however, the screen stays blank and we never get a picture. Then, the timer light on the front of the TV starts flashing. At the time of this email, the TV has be inoperable for over 24 hours. We thought that if the timer was on, we would just wait it out but, that doesn't seem to be happening. As long as the TV is plugged in, we get that flashing timer light only. What can we do to get this TV to work? Thank you, Lee J.

Have blinking On Timer on JVC Model AV-36D302. I did what the manual says: turn off and call tech. Is this worth repairing? Thanks for the help. PS: it weighs a ton

I have a JVC GR-D370U camcorder that is giving me "unit in safeguard mode" and eject and reinsert tape" And "04" messages on the display screen. I've tried removing the battery and reinserting the tape and everything in between. It won't pull the tape into the camera all the way, then it ejects it automatically. Can you please help???

    Spark

Joel Caizares Posted Jul 05, 2009

Good Day Sir / Mam, We Bought A JVC 29" Television ( AV-29JT14) Last Dec 2006 (Phils). It Did Work Well Until The Screen Turned Off A Week Ago & A Spark Is Heard Around 10 Sec Interval. I Did Inspect & Found Out That The Spark Is Produced From The Wire Connected To The Tube. It's Direction Is Towards The Circuit Board Attached To The Back Most Of The Picture Tube A Distance Of 3/4", Wire To PCB. Can I Fix This With Out Going To A Shop? Maybe A Faulty Resistor Or Capacitor Or Transistor? Your Reply Is Highly Appreciated Tks & Brgds joeL
