Stacy, Bought a JVC Digital Video Camera GR-D30U and has worked perfectly for several months. However, last time I tried to use it, the picture in the LCD and Viewfinder was screwed up. I seems to record this image as well. The image looks as if the a watercolor paint has been rained on - vertical lines on the screen. Any ideas? I don't seem to have a service location near me. - Valdosta, Georgia

Hello, I have a JVC Camcorder model no. GR-SXM515U, that I bought new. It worked really well until, one day, when I tried to take a shot, my camera stopped after few seconds. The battery was in good shape and I thought that maybe is the cassette. After I replaced it, I just heard for few second the noise that the electric motors are usually made but than stopped. I tried to take off the cassette but the door to the cassette holder stopped opening allowing the cassette from being ejected. Right now, the cassette is stocked inside the camcorder, and I don't know what to do. The battery is fully charged so I know it is not due to the low power. Would you be so kind to assist me with this issue or do you know what my repair cost will be?

Got a JVC Progressive-Scan DVD Recorder/Hi-Fi VCR Combo Model: DRMV1S and trying to set DVD to tape but receiving a "Disk error" using a DVD-R. Is this disk not working and what kind do not work in this machine?

Hi Stacy I have a problem with my 5 year old JVC TV (model AV-14AU). When I switch on the TV I have no picture but a white thin horizontal centre line with normal program sound. Bur then after about 6 seconds I lose both sound and line and left with the flashing (orange) "off timer" light flashing. The centre line may just be an arial problem but the "off timer" light I am unsure. I have the a JVC remote RM-C457 Can you offer any advice? Thank you Colin Sydney - Australia

I have a JVC GR-DVM70 Cyber Cam and I have been trying to down load an updated version of the JVC Picture Navigator for Windows XP, but continues to fail. It acts like its downloading to my computer, it will give me the icon, then I select RUN, next thing that pops up is that it failed. Any ideas.

My player quit playing VCDs a few months ago. Now it doesn't recognize standard DVDs. It says "NO DISC". I've tried just about everything I know. Sometimes it will read a DVD after ejecting a few times or powercycling the player. Sometimes it just won't. Is there any fix for this? The DVD player is a few years old but has not been used that much. I don't get it.

I got an old model camcorder (JVC) model:GR-AXM220U, has been working fine untill a tape got stuck inside and after that I get an "EO2, remove and attch battery, unit in safguard mode" message. i cant do anything with it now, please help, I'm technical and could strip this to pieces in minutes (if only I understand what to look at.)
