I have asked assistance from JVC to take care of the problem my music system has. In response the service centre called (where my music system has gone for correction twice already AND THE PROBLEM HAS PERSISTED and I HAVE BEEN CHARGED HEAVILY EACH TIME , just to discover that the problem has not been looked into in detail at all. I had also asked for a replacement of the audio cassette recorder flap, which I was told that is EXTREMELY difficult to find. after I made the initial complaint online . their response was prompt , loaded with many promises .Needless to say that there is nothing happening after that. Am I supposed to throw a very good music system which also is expensive , just because the manufacturer CAN'T repair their own product? Please advise so that I can junk the system and write JVC Products off as bad experience?

I have the JVC GR-DVM 90. It keeps showing the E04 error, and sometimes works after I remove battery and tape. It also displays that it needs the head to be cleaned even right after I have cleaned it with a head cleaner. Any suggestions? It was bought in 2001 and has not been used excessively.

Stacey, I own a GR-D72U camcorder and I am having trouble getting the video captured on to my PC. By firewire and by USB. It worked fine on my older PC but now on a new PC it does not work. What happens is when I turn on the Camcorder the pc recognizes it is there the capture software will allow control of the camcorder but when I hit the "start capture" button, the camcorder starts playing but nothing is actually captured into a file. then I get errors saying that the file that was to be created is corrupt and other errors saying the camcorder is not responding. The new PC has WinXP SP2? Any help is appriciated. Thanks so much!!!

I am looking for a wired remote for my KD S570 Receiver. It is white and is rectangular in shape. THe radio works fine, however moisture must have gotten into the sealed remote because it does not work. It is a marine version radio and the remote is mounted on the rear platform of the boat.
