We have a regular 32" JVC TV- about 5-6 years old. Yesterday (right before the playoffs) the sound went out completely. We are retired and wonder if it can be fixed or is it not worth repairing. Please advise, what could be the problem BEFORE I call a repairman. Thank you so much for your help. Dee

Have a JVC flat screen 42-inch TV. The "Video-4" icon stays on all the time. If we hit mute, the "mute" appears instead, but once the sound is back on the "Video-4" icon returns. How do we make it vanish? Michael

Hi, I see from the web that this is a common problem...I hope you have a solution: The problem is with the subwoofer of a JVC TH-M606 Home theater system. The main unit works OK -- I can watch DVDs and listen via headphones. But the subwoofer/amp unit powers off about 1-2 seconds after it is turned on. Thanks

hi i have a jvc 330 HDD camcorder and in the manual it says to use it between 32 and 104 degrees fahrenheit.what happens if its below that and i use it for short periods of time say 15-45 minutes?

I have an R-X350VB that was sent to me after someone installed 4 new audio transistors. Unfortunately the FM/AM tuner does not work. The LCD display does absolutely nothing. The other indicator lights light when buttons are pushed but there is no output and no frequency or other display on the lcd itself. The person said the unit was working when they shipped it but did not work when it arrived. I have had 4 of the 5 circuit boards out and looked for broken pc lans or bad solder connections/wires or bad parts but nothing is obvious. I have 5v at the display board ENC-012-2 and also have about 2v on the Buc line coming in. Voltages all seem to be going to the various boards correctly but nothing works other than just the indicator lights. When turned on I can hear the relay move after about 10 seconds or so but no other indication that anything is happening. Can anyone offer any helpful suggestions? Thank you.

ok i have a jvc tv i think its a 40 inch or around there and when ever i try to play a movie/video games a black square takes up the sceen i think its a security setting but i dont know how to get it off!!!! please help cameron
