We have a JVC Everio Dock and two share stations. When hooking up the camera to burn a DVD, the message says "incompatible USB device" after a minute or two it asks to put in a DVD. I put in a blank DVD - Sony, Memorex and Taiyo Yuden brands - it says "recognizing Disc" for over a minute. Then it says "Incompatible disc! Change disc". I have used three different Share Stations (one brand new out of the box) with the same result. I have also tried two different USB cables. Any ideas where the problem lies? I would think it's in the camera but JVC support claims it would be the share station. Please help. Thanks so much

I just completed a "hard reset" on my JVC GR-D30U to fix the condensation problem, but now that I turn it back on to play a tape, all I get is a blue screen. Do you know how to fix this problem?? Thank you so much. Jamie H.

My JVC GR200U suddenly quit working. It does not power-up. The charger and batteries are working though (checked with ammeter at a TV repair place). Unfortunately a miniDV tape was stuck. Any suggestion on how to take the tape out safely? Or where can I get it repaired (for minimal charge. because new units are very cheap to buy Thanks for your reply

Hello, I have a 35" JVC tv model number AV-35BP4 that has a thin horizontal line with picture and sound running through the middle of the screen, the rest of the screen is totally black. I had this same problem fixed in April of 2003. For the tv to only last 2 years before the same thing happen, I would think that there is something else wrong. I found the service bulletin but unfortunately the firmware cannot be download due to username and password is required.Kindly advice us JVC customer which site to get that firmware without a hassle as I understand that problem is a progmamming bug from factory. Hi, I have a problem with my JVC-TV MODEL-AV-31BM5. First problem, closed caption come on in spanish, I didnt even need close caption. Ive had this problem before. Using the original remote(RM-C722) I attempted to remove the closed caption, I finally removed it. but later it came back, again I attempted to remove the closed caption. Then the real problem started . the screen went black, blocking the entire screen except about two inches on all sides. Not a picture tube problem, but more like a option to prvent someone from viewing whatever. I have repeatedly attempted to remove the black screen with sucess. Please help ..Thanks Dewey Hiers

Keep having "safemode" lock up my JVC mini dv camcorder. Can you help?

I have a JVC AV-28GT1SJF television. The picture is skewed to the left of the screen with a widening black line going from the top right to the bottom right. The width of the black line by the time it reaches the bottom right of the screen is about 3cm. Other than this the TV works fine. Am trying to determine if this is worth repairing or should I buy another. Many thanks
