I have the seemingly ubiquitous "condensation" error code problem on my JVC digital video camera (JVC Model GR-D30U) and would like to know if there is an easier way to "reboot" the camera without taking it apart as described in many of the internet blogs. Cleaning the black sensor in the back of the bay did not work. Thanks, Jim
Model JVC GR-DX77U zoom feature problem. Zoom to maximum when pressing the button, however, when button is release cannot hold zoom. Is there a recall on this model? I have surf the internet and many consumers appear to be having major problems with this model. I found you on www.pechorin.com.
Hello. I have a JVC camcorder GZ-MG77U and it is a couple years old. The problem is an error message that will not allow me to playback or record. It says "Video management file is broken. To record/playback video, recovery is required. Recover? " Well...after I click yes, it appears to be repairing with an "hour glass" icon but it never repairs. After about 5 minutes, it simply says "recovery completed OK?" Then I hit the ok button and it just freezes and goes into the same error message. Any suggestions? Thank you.
