Hi Stacy, I haven't been using my DVF31 for about a year. Last time when I used it in Vegas, it worked perfectly. Today I bought another JVC and tried to compare their performance and my old DVF31 could not record picture on it (or black picture). The auto-mode always shows blinking Focus indicators.
