I have a Sony CDX-4250. When I insert a CD, it sits there for a bit (the CD doesn't seem to spin) and then an error code of 04 appears on the screen. I have no idea what this means or what I need to do to correct it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I saw the solutions proposed, AIr can clean and then CD cleaner. Anyone else try this? Jason

My CDX-4250 just started doing the exact same thing today. Let me know if you figure it out. Thanks
