I dropped my DSC-W1 on the ground recently. The camera still works fine, but battery cover popped open and aparently, the little tabs holding it in place broke off and I now have to use scotch tape to hold it closed. Can this be fixed? Thanks

I turn my camera on and it read, "turn the power off and on again." I o but it does the same thing over and over. Please email me or call me at 979-244-4932. Alex F.

The LCD screen on my camera has gone out (it's displaying only white). It did this yesterday for the first time, and when I turned it off and back on, it started to work again. Today, however, that's not working. I tried the reset and no-go. Do you [still] make repairs like this? If so, how much would it cost? Sony Factory repair service is expensive!

Please reply to let me know if anyone has a way to repair the dial on a Sony DSC-W1. It won't stay put (constantly changes the mode) while trying to take a picture. If I hold it steady with my finger it still works, but it is very awkward to take a good picture that way. Thanks

Hi My Sony Cyber - shot camera was dropped (not my me!) and the lens wont open - and it displays something like turn off and on again - but then turns off However when I turn it to the function to review photos - I still can as well as deleting them - I really need this fixing is it worth it!! Please let me know and the sort of cost involved. Thanks Kerrie

I have a DSC-S75. When I turn it on the lens motor seems to be stuck. It won't open or close the lens. I can hear it trying to work and thena message on the LCD says to turn the camera off and then back on. Same thing happens. I've tried taking the battery out and waiting 15 seconds and that doesn't work either. I've tried a different battery and I know the batteries are charged. What do I do? Can this be fixed?
