Panasonic DVD Player Error H02 what does this means Thank You

Hello, I have 2 sony fd75 camera's and 1 gets the disk error sometimes and I just swap disk. But the other one I bought my nephew does it all and every time. I am a machinist and have some mechanical ability. But with this almost new looking camera nothing I do keeps it from getting this dish error c:31 i think.I shook it a little and didn't hear anything loose. I get an error code on a TRV 330 of C31:42 which doesn't allow me to use the camera. It is dry and taking the tape out and the battery out and replacing them doesn't seem to make it work. I tightened all the screws I saw on the camera and that helped once but now it is doing it again. Any ideas?

I have an error code C:13:01 and I dont know what that means.... How do I fix that problem? Also when I insert a disk into my computer with files on it, my computer says it is blank but there are pictures on it. How is that so?
