Hi Stacy, I have a Sony Camcorder TRV-120e which gives error C:31:22 fault; not sure what this error means. This is a refurbished camera from Ebay. I tried putting in other tapes, cleaning etc AND the slapping thing with No result. What can I do to clean or fix this? Regards, Marc

I have a jensen cd player in my car. It has a cd stuck in it and it will not eject. Occasionally it will play if you make it. everytime I push eject it gives me error code 3. I heard that there might be some kind of code that you can punch in and it resets it. Anything you can do to help?

Hi I have a TRV-24E SONY camcorder, and got this error C:31:30 after inserting a new tape. Couldn't get it out, finally reset the camera and now the camera won't close and take a new tape.
