Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com.

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

  i have a dcr-dvd505... and one of my discs won't finalize and i get a error code that says C:13:02....
  
  i have tried putting it into my laptop, and it will not read. how can i still recover the video in the disc??

  Not sure if you're still dealing with these types of error but I am getting the dreaded C:13:02 'Disc error' message whenever I put a mini DVD-RW into my Sony DVD105E Handycam. Any ideas before I take it to be serviced?

  Hi, I just bought a jenson HD5212 car stereo for my son and after the first day he keeps getting a message of error2 when he inserts a cd. Any clues the manual all that the manual lists is for error 1.
  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I have A FUNAI combi model no DRV-B2737.
  
  Recently I have had this problem that DvDs will not record.I keep getting error message E4 54037380.
  I have tried absolutely loads of new DVDs and of several makes but still have this problem.
  However if I record on a disc that I have already recorded something on and have room for more to record, it records fine.
  It just wont record on a new disc.
  Any ideas as I cant afford to send it to shop for repair.

  I have a Sony Handycam model CCD-TRV218E which is showing warning message C31:23. It is not displaying the moisture condensation symbol. Your help would be most appreciated.

  I have a Sony DVR-DVD108 and the code E:61:11 is flashing. The screen is blank. Any ideas?
