I have a JVC tv model no. vm42v31BUE. I have been told that in order to receive picture and sound I need a seperate receiver box for it to work. Any idea where I can get one from and how much ? Kind Regards, Manjit.

jvc grd 90 - shot some image then tape left in for about 6months - when I just went to use it unit would not power on or when I opened cassette door would the tape eject - I used both DC power and a fully charged battery but it will not power up thus tape cannot eject? what can I do to get it to function properly? thanks

I have an old JVC tv, model AV-2761S, that a friend gave me. I don't have the manual and I can't figure out how to clear the Home sitter and Channe guard settings. Is there a simple reset button to clear this? I've lost half my channels as a result. thanks

I have a JVC television model AV-56WP74. I had the convergence chips replaced about 9 months ago and now the picture is really dim like the crts are barely lit. and the picture looks like its tearing on the sides of the picture u can see and its not convergence ics. I have a Jvc HX-D7. When i turn on the power (PROTECT) shows on the screen and the stereo turns off!! What does taht mean? I can't use the stereo because it turns off right away. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

Hi , I am having problems with my JVC GR-DVL167EK -it has a message UNIT IN SAFEGUARD MODE THEN THIS CHANGES TO REMOVE AND REATTACH BATTERY. I have done this but still get the message. Also the the tape loading holder wont close and drop . PLEASE HELP....DESPERATE TO FIX THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I could not log in to the pass net thing. My TV will not go to channel 3. It skips from 2 to 4. I have cable access on 3! Please help It is a JVC D-series
