Hello, I have a similar question as the July 25th question from Lani. My 32" JVC D-Series TV has a huge black box in the center of the screen but you can still hear and see about a couple inches of the show on the edges. This may have first happened because the menu button was selected. When I try to "exit" the info disappears, but the solid black box remains. What's causing this black box and how do we get rid of it? Thank you so much for your help!

Hello, I bought a JVC Camcorder GZ-MG77U 1 year and half ago, Today my Camcorder is broken and does not work anymore... I would like to send it to the JVC support center in Georgia for repair. please can you give me the procedure and how to get my camcorder repaired. thanks ..I tried to reset the camcorder but that did not help

I own a 62inch JVC 1080p and a JVC HR-XVC16BU VCR/DVD combo that I bought at Christmas. Just recently, I am getting a large black box, about 1/3 the size of the total screen when I use the DVD. I cannot get it off. I have hooked the component progressive scan video output of the DVD+VCR to the TVs input 2. I also have hooked up the DVD/VCR out from the DVD+VCR to the input 3 ot the TV as I was told in the store I bought it from. Are there some buttons I can push to fix this? Hi my Name is Carina i just purchase a car and it came with a nice looking radio.The problem i cant get the screen to light up for long when i insert a cd in it, it lights up then it shots its self off.It keeps times of hour of day but cant get to the radio because i dont have the time to see what botton to push as the screen goes on and off so quickly.iT WILL PLAY CD NO PROBLEM.Can you help me do the work my self plz i dont have lots of money left.J.V.C KD-G300 MP3 CD-RW

I have a JVC model GR-D370U that was in safe guard. I followed the procedure to attempt to reset the camera and remove the cassette from the camera cassette compartment. I disconnected the battery, waited a while, then reattached the battery. With the eject button pushed I then turned the camera on. Camera cassette compartment opened and I was able to remove the cassette. Now I can not close the cassette compartment no matter what I try.With or without a cassette in the compartment. Resetting the camera again had no effect. Anything you can think of to try? Thanks

While the T.V. is on, there is a rectangular section blacked out about 3/4 of the screen (where the menu appears) How do I remove this? Thank-you Mary
