Assistance with JVC product

My son returned home from the Air Force last year with a JVC AV-65WP74, which he purcased at his BX. Was told that large screen TVs purchased at the BX were covered by a 90 day warranty. After 6 months the TV started to shut off after a few hours, with the blue power light blinking. My son contacted JVC and was told that since there was no JVC service rep in Germany, there was nothing they could do for him. I had him put a fan behind the TV when it was on and this helped but after 5 or 6 hours it would shut off again. It's been home for a year now and only gets turned on for a few hours each evening and will now shut off after about 3 to 3 1/2 hours even with the fan running behind it. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue. This was $2800 to purchase and less than 2 years later it appears as if it's going to cost him even more.
For a JVC tv model : AV-31BP3. The problème is the picture goes down and come up when the set is cold. I want to know if you know the solution of this problem ? were can I find the service manuel ? thank you very much !
Hi. I have a JVC KD-111 and have a problem with it. Sometimes I turn it on and nothing will happen---other times I turn it on and it will work!!! Sometimes it will shut off for no reason and if I try to get it to come on it won't, then all of a sudden it will!!! I have had it checked by the guy who installed it and he said it was not the wiring, so he sent it back to JVC and they charged me $60.00 and it still is doing the same thing!!! Please help!!
Dear Sir or Madam: I has a JVC Mini DV Model# GR-D22U Serial# 178Z1442. Right now, I can't use my camera because it has an error message:"CONDENSATION OPERATION PAUSED PLEASE WAIT" displayed all the time. I have left it alone for more than one week now but the stubborn message did not go away and prevented me from using it. My house has a digital humidity monitor which is always displayed 50% RH. Therefore, there is no problem with condensation possible. I visited the internet website PECHORIN'S, and learned that a number of people experiences the same problem with this JVC camera model. We purchased a JVC TV Model # AV48WP74 about a year and a half ago, now when we first turn on the TV the picture is fine but with in a few minutes the picture is distorted on the top and is off set and doubled image. For the money we payed for this unit, in only a year and a half there is no way that this should have done this. We watch very little TV. What could the trouble be? What is the warranty for this set?
i have a lt32e488/s and jvc logo keeps on repeating i cant turn it off or change anything the unit button dont work when tring to get to menu
Hi Stacy, I've just recently bought the JVC KD-G210 faceplate for my car and it was doing just fine for the past five days, but until recently i tried to eject the CD but the screen will go to radio and the CD won't eject. Is there programming involved, or is it just defective? Thanks.
Hi I have a JVC grd73 which will not record it keeps saying that the lens cap in on when it isn't both through the view finder and lcd is just black. Could you please advise. Many thanks I will look forward to your response Rana Holland
i have 2 jvc gr-d33.one camera stays on safeguard mode.and the other one says lens cap on while it is not the case.while searching the web i fell on ur message.please help.thanx
I purchased a JVC 32WL 1EK TV in 2001, which worked really well until 17/06/07 when I came home from taking a friend home to find a highly toxic smell and a slightly foggy atmosphere. We could not locate where it was coming from until we switched on the TV and the smell got worse to the point that we were coughing and our chests felt dry. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and has this model been recalled?
