JVC service or questions

Assistance with JVC product

  I have the JVC GR-D22 digital video recorder. About 1 yr old. I try to video and the screne is black. It starts out with the message to remove the lense cap( ens cap is off). All the numbers ect are on and there is a flashing manual focas sign. Hr and min of remaining tape is flashing, but no picture and won't record. What could be wrong???

    Hello, I have been searching the web trying to find the answer to the problem with my GR-D22. I am having the same problem as you are. Mine wasn't even a year old when this happened too. I am wondering if you were able to get it back to normal and if so can you tell me how? Thanks

  Hi,
  We have a repair shop in Illinois and have received a model #GR-DVL720u that has an error code of "EO1" and is also in the safeguard mode. The tape will unloads but then will not load back in. Can you give repair suggestions or should we just order the service cd? Please let me know. Thank you. Susan

  I have a GR-DVL800 camcorder. I lost the driver CD recently.I s there any way I can get the software. I am from India-Hyderabad please help me with phone numbers of service centers in india.

  I have a JVC VHS Camcorder model number GR-AXM225U. E04 unit in safeguard mode remove and reattach battery. Have done that and the same thing comes up again. Do you have any suggestions that might work?

  I have a JVC KD-LH 300, WMA MP3, PICT i haven't had it not even a year now and the CD player wont play my CDs now every time i put a CD in, it takes it in and then all i hear is click click click and it spits it back out i went to Sounds Radio to see if they know what might be wrong and the guy there said the CD player was no good and wanted me to buy another one but i think he just wanted me to buy one instead of fixing mine if u have any idea what might be wrong with my CD play please write back and i see that yall are located in Houston if i can bring it to yall because i live right by Galveston thanks.

  I have a GR-DF450US camcorder and in record mode, it keeps saying that i the lens cap is on, and everything is black, through the viewfinder and the LCD screen. Ive read the manual front and back and cant figure out a way to get a picture. the sound records fine, and the playback works with previously recorded tapes, but i cant record any picture on this camera. the camera is just out of the box.
