I own a TH-M303 DVD player and surround sound system. Yesterday, DVDs suddenly started playback in black and white. My VCR, game system and just plain ol' TV all play back in colour; I've checked and replaced all cables, but the DVD player still produces only B&W. Any thoughts?

We have Dish satellite. We have 2 other TVs, and we just got a JVC TV, Model C2628, from a friend. It worked beautifully for him, but the TV is snowy (not clear) and the color fades in and out. Please tell us what we can do. We have gone through all menu options and can't find a place to change the "signal" as someone told us we should do. We're at our wit's end.
    Thank you.

    Good day!

I forgot the model of my JVC Videocam digital already but I just would like to ask whats the problem with my videocam if it has an error of "Condensation" everytime It passesalmost 20 minutes of recording and then it will stop now from recording.

    Hope you can help me.

    It will mean a lot.

    Thanks in Advance.

There is a sensor on the back part of the tape mechanism. IF the sensor is tripped for some reason it will read the condensation message. Remove the tape and then the battery or power source (if you have not already) and let the unit sit for a while. Then power it back on and try a new tape. IF the problem does not go away...you will need service. JVC (800) 252-5722

Hey, i get the error message E01, to re-insert the battery. I have done so, and left it out for a few minutes before putting it back in etc. Any ideas as to why it is doing this? I really need to get this stuff off the tape and onto my computer. I cant even eject the tape.

I have a JVC Model # GR-D33U Serial Number: 178Z0809. I would like an e-mail as well on how to get a "free" repair since my camcorder also has the "lens cap on" problem.
