Jennifer Hughes - 26th Sep 2004 19:59 I have the JVC GR-D90U digital video camcorder. I want to record the movies to CD on my computer. I installed the Presto Mr. Photo CD that came with it, but when I click on the movie icon, it says "No PC cam or DV device connected." It is connected, what should I do?

My JVC camcorder, Model GRAX760U, serial # 076Q1374. since I installed a new battery tells me I am in the safeguard mode and I should leave the battery off several minutes. I have left the battery off for over an hour and I replaced it with another new batter. I still get the same message. I\'m leaving on vacation tomorrow so, unless I receive a reply from you today (which may not be possible as today is Sunday) I won\'t be able to avail myself of your assistance until I return. I, of course, will still be needing it.

Courtney DesBois - 26th Sep 2004 23:25 Hi, I need to figure out how to fix my JVC Digital Video Camera, it has a super high band processor, if that matters.. It was bought in October of 2003 and worked fine until now. When a video is taped and watched, the screen jumps and the volume cuts out so it\'s very hard to watch, this never happened before. Also, a tape is stuck inside the camera. This happened AFTER the images starting skipping. If you could help, please email back. Thank you very much.

Please assist me in any way you can.I have a JVC32980 TV,which I purchsaed with an extended warranty.Wouldn\'t you know the tv failed within weeks of the end of the warranty.I called in a service rep,who fixed it in less than an hour(replaced a $2 capacitor)only to have the same item fail again within a year. It was replaced again, and last night, the Tv went down again with similar symptoms. I am not going to pay another $110 for a $2 capacitor, can you at least identify the component(C926??)I\'m sure JVC are aware of this product defect. I am probably capable of changing this component myself as long as I can be sure it\'s the right one. Please help, we love this TV but we can\'t carry on with problems like this. Thanks, Alan

I bought a new JVC television Model AV32R25EKS. It is just over 18 months old but all of a sudden as I turned the TV on all speakers started to omit a very loud noise similar to a pneumatic drill. The picture is fine but the noise is tremendous and cannot be turned down with the volume control. The sound is a very very loud buzz with a very rapid pulseing noise. Can you please help in any way prior to me calling a TV engineer out so at least I have an idea of what has gone wrong. Thankyou!

I have the blinking timer light problem on a JVC set, and I see several people have posted the same problem on your site. Is there a solution for the problem?

Steve Michaels - 8th Oct 2004 2:03 I have blinking timer light on my JVC TV. The only way to get the TV back on is to turn off the power and reconnect everything. When I turn the TV on I have snow on the lower channels. Sometimes I can't get the TV to stay on. I have cable service. How can I remedy this problem?
