Hi I have a JVC dvx707ek I have froma couple of years back. I have Ulead DVD software and other software packages for photo import. None of the software recognises that a device is atached to my pc. I cannot find any drivers for this digital camera.

So, last year I recieved a JVC Compact VHS Camcorder, Model Number: GR-AXM17U. I have been having trouble with it. When I got it, it was working perfectly fine, I was recording and playing and all that good stuff. Then one day, it wont record anymore. I really need it for an upcoming event, and have no way of buying a new one. How do you suggest that I fix it? I've presses the red button, and all the other buttons in the process. I also looked up the Manual on it, and they dont have a Model Number of GR-AXM17U. They do on the other hand have a Model Number of GR-AXM17US. Is that the same thing?

I've had the JVC GR-DVL520 for 3 years now with flawless performance and one day it decided to do the following and has been that way ever since: In "Video Mode" I recieve this message when powering camera on or opening cassette door for tape eject: E04 EJECT AND REINSERT THE TAPE UNIT IN SAFEGUARD MODE I can hear mechanisims working but - the error message stays on the screen, the light does not function, I cannot access the menus, the tape does not eject and I cannot power off the camera unless I remove the power cord or battery. In "Memory Mode" the camera appears to function normally except, I cannot access the menus, I cannot snap a shot, the light does not function and the camera won't power off unless I remove the power cord or battery.
